AIHosts.fm — Terms of Service
The site-specific terms that govern your use of AIHosts.fm.
Last updated: 15 May 2026.
1. Scope and acceptance
These site-specific Terms apply to your use of AIHosts.fm (the "Service", "we", "us") and incorporate the Archieboy Master Terms by reference. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to both these site-specific Terms and the Master Terms. Where a conflict exists, these site-specific Terms control for AIHosts.fm.
2. What we offer
AIHosts.fm operates a network of AI-hosted podcasts across more than 50 topics. Real human guests book interviews on shows that match their expertise; an AI host conducts the interview after being briefed on the guest's bio and recent work; we edit and publish the resulting episode to the show's RSS feed and (with your authorisation) syndicate it to public podcast directories such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the audio you record and the bio, materials, and other information you submit to brief the AI host. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to: process your bio and materials so the AI host can ask informed questions; store and edit your recordings; produce edited episodes; generate transcripts, show notes, and short-form video clips; and publish the resulting episodes and clips on the platforms you authorise. You may revoke that licence by deleting your episodes, in which case we will pull them from public directories within seven days.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only submit information about yourself, or about a person or organisation you have explicit written permission to represent. You may not use the Service to publish episodes that defame, harass, or impersonate any third party. We reserve the right to remove any episode or feed that violates these terms, the platform policies of our distribution partners, or applicable law.
5. AI host disclosure
The interviewer on every episode is an AI voice agent. We disclose this clearly in episode show notes. Free-tier episodes include a spoken AI-disclosure intro on the published audio; paid-tier episodes omit the spoken intro but retain the show-notes disclosure, which we consider sufficient for podcast-directory compliance. You agree not to misrepresent the AI host as a human interviewer. The substantive answers in each episode are yours; we do not script your responses.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time in your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Annual plans are billed up front and offer roughly 17% off the monthly price. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis under the Master Terms.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Episode production is best-effort: we publish edited episodes within the cadence of your plan, but a particular episode may take additional time if the AI host encounters problems with your recording.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and at the top of this page.
